Targeted Metabolomics

APTBIO provides targeted metabolomics service with MRM technology. Targeted metabolomics is a quantitative method for the characterization and quantitation analysis of targeted metabolic compounds in organisms. It offers relative and/or absolute quantitation results of targeted metabolomics. The absolute quantitation results are received through the use of internal standard compounds. The targeted metabolomics technology has an advantage of high specificity and accuracy. Thus, this method has been widely used to analyze and compare multiple targeted metabolites under different physiological states.

APTBIO can offer to detect the following metabolites: 

P200 kit

Covering   about 200 kinds of metabolites including nucleotide, amino acid, energy   metabolism pathway, neurotransmitter, vitamin, biogenic amine, alkaloids and   so on.

Amino acid kit

Covering   29 amino acids including both 20 standards and 9 derivatives.

Energy metabolism kit

Covering   more than 30 kinds of metabolites focusing on TCA, glycolysis and oxidative   phosphorylation pathways.

Neurotransmitter kit

Containing   acetyl choline (ACH), catecholamine, serotonin, γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA),   histamine and so on.

Arachidonic acid kit

Containing   PGE2, PGF2α,   TXA2, LTB4, 15-HETE, etc., and covering COX, LOX pathways
